Our philosophy is that whenever reasonably possible, serious efforts should be made toward achieving an out-of-court negotiated settlement. Most of our cases are resolved by means of a written agreement approved by the client. In the event that negotiations do not lead to an affirmative result, however, we proceed with litigation.

Our firm has years of litigation and trial experience in matrimonial, family, custody, financial, and related matters. While we always explore the feasibility of negotiated settlements, we are skillful advocates for our clients when litigation is required. Our attorneys have represented hundreds of clients in trials and hearings before the New York State Matrimonial and Family Court Judges, Magistrates, and Judicial Hearing Officers. The firm's efforts on behalf of its clients have been cited favorably by the courts. We also represent clients requiring our services to prosecute or defend matrimonial appeals before the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court.
